Make plans now to join them to celebrate 1700! "What," you may ask "is 1700?" It's military time for 5:00 PM, and January 27 is the first day of the year the sun will set at, or after 5:00 PM, (go ahead - look it up). If that's not a reason to party, I don't know what is!
